This Full Time (FT) role begins includes an onsite training program, mentoring from colleagues and director.

Responsibilities

  • System configuration management and documentation support.
  • Sales promotions documentation
  • IA training event coordination and material management.
  • Work closely with the US Director to ensure a highly efficient execution of the company's strategic plans for the Key Accounts, distributors, and skill team



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience • 2-5 years' experience in customer service, client service or client success role
  • Sales administration in medical device field, logistics management, Customer service experience. Distributor interface.
  • Experience with Excel, Navision, Outlook, MS Office, MS Teams, MS PPT, and computer applications with a key strength of demonstratable creativity and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain technical expertise and aptitude.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks
  • Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
