The Esper team is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to develop tools and resources that help maximize effectiveness throughout the sales team. You will be responsible for improving the productivity of Esper’s sales team from initial onboarding of new hires to everboarding of tenured sellers, and ensuring customer facing teams are armed with the knowledge to effectively engage with customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive execution and enablement of the sales team and cross-functional teams
  • Create training content for onboarding and ongoing training
  • Develop tools and resources for ongoing sales enablement throughout all sales stages
  • Schedules and manage sales training classes, workshops, SKOs, and other enablement activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve the sales process, identify bottlenecks, resolve inconsistencies, and improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Create sales content (e.g. objection handling, battle cards, etc)

We'd love to hear from you if

  • 5 years of direct experience in Sales Enablement and/or Sales Training
  • Strong understanding of SaaS applications
  • Knowledge of sales enablement, sales training, and sales methodologies and processes
  • Experience with SFDC, learning management systems, and other e-learning tools
  • Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion and multi-task, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
  • An affinity for the fast-paced, changing environment of a start-up, a sense of humor and get-it-done personality.
