Senior Partner Development Manager

Job Purpose

What does an outstanding Senior Partner Development Manager do?

As a Senior Partner Development Manager, you are responsible for acting as the main point of contact for CardConnect agents, focusing on outstanding relationship management and client happiness. The successful candidate will collaborate with agents on go-to-market approaches aimed at strategic growth - both from a relationship and merchant portfolio standpoint. You will be tasked with proactively implementing various cross-selling tactics to promote merchant (and agent) retention/stickiness. Cross-departmental collaboration will be key, as you work to uncover solutions that best fit your assigned agents' needs.

Successfully managing existing agent relationships to drive maximum growth
Acting as a dedicated point of contact - advocate on behalf of the agent when interacting with various internal teams as needed
Driving partner growth to targets through go-to-market strategies and intelligent conversation
Collaborating in the gray area of both a sales and operational environment
Facilitating questions and issues on behalf of agent partners
Utilizing resources, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues
Providing unparalleled white glove experience for our agent relationship
Articulating internal processes to external partners
Maintaining reporting and executing internal audits as needed

Regularly engages with client to ensure their needs are being met and to uncover new opportunities.
Has the ability to pivot as the channel grows
Can communicate in an eloquent and concise manner (verbal & written) with relentless follow up
Is an intense listener and strong problem solver
Has extreme attention to detail with the ability to multi-task with various systems and tasks.
Has willingness to take on additional tasks as processes revamp

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of payments proven experience working with Agents/ISO/ISV and or Merchant Services in a customer facing role.
Experience with both the business development and account management side of sales.

Travel required:
30%
