The Online team is growing and we are looking for a Senior Online Partnerships Manager to join our team. This manager will be responsible for building and executing the Online partnership strategy to create a SMB and consumer acquisition fly-wheel. The ideal candidate will have experience working on promotional and referral partnerships that drive new acquisition and create long-term growth opportunities. A key focus will be on expanding partnerships across credit card companies, technology companies, and venture capital firms to capture the consumer, prosumer and SMB buyer. This role requires someone who is able to lead strategically and negotiate strongly, as well as be able to roll their sleeves up and get into the details to drive execution.
About the Role
- Develop the strategy to scale Zoom's partnerships to grow our online business and create an acquisition flywheel for consumer and SMBs.
- Identify and negotiate ROI positive partnerships that increase revenue and CLTV
- Expand the realm of our partnerships to new areas, including venture capital firms, retail and telcos.
- Expand partnerships globally across US, EMEA, APAC and LATAM to ensure we are creating a flywheel that supports domestic and international growth
- Partner with our corporate development and strategy teams on larger strategic partnerships for the company
- Lead cross functional teams to enable engaging experiences to support key partnerships and overall partnership growth
About You:
- 5+ years of work experience in partnerships related to consumer and/or SMBs.
- 5+ years' experience working at a consumer and/or technology company focused on growth through partnerships, referrals and /or loyalty programs.
- Results-oriented with proven track record of developing partnership programs that deliver revenue and improve CLTV.
- Experience flexing between strategy and planning and execution
- The ideal candidate is strategic, resourceful, and knows how to deliver results
- They have experience in building scalable programs and have demonstrated the ability to drive cross-functional alignment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that enable strong cross-functional partnerships across the organization
- Can operate successfully in ambiguous environments and is able to re-prioritize to new demands
- Able to craft compelling offers and executive-level presentations
- Experience with and passion for technology, marketing, e-Commerce, and Zoom
- Self-motivated, team-player that is able to influence cross-functional teams and leaders
- Bachelors Degree in Business, accounting & management or related field.
