The Role: 

The Senior Manager of Sales Operations is responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness across our Sales, SDR and Curriculum Solutions teams as well as serving as a key thought partner in the development of our overall Customer strategy. You will help build and scale processes to enhance the accuracy of sales forecasting by both segment and region. Additionally, you will partner with our Finance & Customer team leaders to design incentive plans that align and ladder up to overall company goals and drive exceptional results across our Sales, SDR, and Solutions Architect teams through appropriate target and quota settings. Reporting to the Vice President, Customer Strategy & Planning, you will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams to serve as a trusted advisor to our Customer leadership team and achieve our KPIs and drive accountability across teams.

Why We’ll Love You: 

You have experience in Sales Operations in a fast-paced high-growth software/technology or Edtech company. You have demonstrated success in scaling operations via process, driving accurate forecasts by creating predictability and consistency across team performance and effectively managing change. You have in-depth experience with the Salesforce Suiteas a former admin or key stakeholder and are able to effectively leverage the tool to manage the business via Dashboards and streamlined workflows.  While not required, experience in Looker and at a SaaS company is a plus.
