As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will be part of our Revenue Operations Team and responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support with ownership of our CRM, Salesforce. You will create reports for Sales Leadership and Territory Managers. Ensuring the use of consistent Sales KPI definitions across company is your responsibility.

Moreover, you will work with Finance, HR, and Sales to develop sales incentive programs and compensation planning to increase sales productivity and deliver key insights on trends and data relationships to assist with business planning and decision support. 

The position will also design new Salesforce solutions in response to business needs/challenges and create an effective deployment plan to ensure a smooth functioning platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and data management experience, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are key success drivers. 

This role will partner with other cross-functional team members to understand key data structures and relationships and work with them to determine the best ways to develop analytical models and reports/dashboards to measure the business. This position will report to the VP of Sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales leadership to develop and modify sales model and role structures
  • Improve sales team effectiveness through process improvement and tools infrastructure
  • Drive integrations on recent and future acquisitions
  • Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc sales, marketing, and customer analytics to support strategic change
  • Lead and influence cross-functional and global teams to make timely decisions driving sales success
  • Implement enabling technologies. Monitor the sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data
  • Create a sales process that is scalable for future partners
  • Manage Salesforce.com data structure and processes and proactively implement better solutions and processes to expedite efficiency
  • Help develop messaging & value propositions for the target audience
  • Implement enabling technologies. Monitor the sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data
  • Partner with all sales departments and sales regions to ensure alignment of goals/objectives and drive efficiencies & productivity enhancements
  • Drive sales forecasting and pipeline process and adherence with sales leadership
  • Support the Accounting and Finance teams with ongoing improvements to sales processes
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing building a collaborative team approach to problem-solving
  • Set up and administration of all sales process flows and information on salesforce.com

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building sales operations functions at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Partner Development, Finance, and Legal
  • Salesforce Administrator certification 
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Working knowledge of SaaS subscription models and revenue recognition
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
  • Ability to leverage a variety of tools & resources to generate leads & client meetings
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus
  • Global sales ops experience 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and have an ability to work independently.
