Senior Manager, Sales Enablement

Overview:

The Revenue Strategy & Ops org creates the foundation for sustainable and consistent revenue growth at scale. We are looking to add a Senior Manager of Sales Enablement in the Central Operations team to support a busy and growing Sales & Client Success team selling both digital advertising & SaaS solutions. Based in our Los Angeles or Irvine office or remote, a successful Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement will execute against a holistic go to market enablement strategy that includes training documentation, facilitation and certification on Weedmaps solutions for customer success and sales.

The right person will be comfortable operating in a high volume operational environment, and will be able to adapt quickly to change, while maintaining a positive attitude. In addition, a high degree of cross functional management & communication across Customer Success, Sales, Customer Support, Product, Engineering, and Marketing will be critical to the success of your programs.

A team of content designers, creators, and facilitators will support the Sr. Manager Sales Enablement. 

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Develop and execute against a holistic go to market enablement strategy that includes enablement on Weedmaps products & solutions, industry expertise, Sales methodology and functional expertise for customer success and sales positions.
  • Refine enablement priorities with sales leadership and other stakeholders, and drive alignment on those priorities.
  • Design, facilitate and optimize programs like new hire onboarding, sales training and certification programs to improve business performance.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to develop internal resources, enablement sessions, and customer-facing materials for all product, content, and service releases
  • Develop and communicate an ongoing enablement calendar, coordinating with other cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of the training virtually and in-person.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand where we have growth opportunities that will drive business results. Measure the Return of Investment of enablement programs in addition to the impact on key business metrics.
  • Create and deliver training program schedules, managing all communications with attendees and speakers.
  • Manage the collection, analysis and reporting of training attendee feedback, track and report on certification performance.
  • Assist with administration and maintenance of Sales Enablement software and Sales Confluence resources.

What You’ve Accomplished:

  • BS/BA Degree
  • 6+ years of experience with proven success in sales operations, sales enablement, marketing, sales, and/or customer success within online, digital media, or software sales.
  • 2+ year training and/or coaching experience.
  • Program and/or project management experience.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication style.
  • Experience developing platform training / demo processes that measurably increase platform knowledge of client-facing field reps.
  • Ability to lead and influence at senior levels without authority.
  • Certification in training facilitation and/or adult instructional design.
  • Experience with eLearning and assessment development.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Sales Enablement software tools preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability applying critical thinking skills to advance our Sales Enablement operations.
  • Highly effective in facilitating cross-functional and team collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds.
