About the role

You will build, coach, and lead a team of enterprise sellers focused on accounts 1k+ in employee size, ultimately helping drive Miro through our next phase of growth. You'll help your team in using research to gain insight into customer challenges, identify key stakeholders, and challenge customers' thinking about how Miro can transform the way businesses work.

About the team

The Enterprise Team is a critical component of our go-to-market strategy and presents an outstanding opportunity to mentor a group working with some of the most well-known brands in the U.S. (Companies like Okta, Zendesk, and Spotify)

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coach a dynamic team of Enterprise AMs
  • Execute on your team’s plan to meet and exceed quota
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and manage a clean pipeline via a deep knowledge of our sales process, qualification framework, and Force Management sales methodology
  • Own ongoing growth and development including recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring reps
  • Partner with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success and other cross-functional teams to drive success
  • Personally work with our enterprise customers to drive satisfaction and further engagement
  • Participate in formulating key strategic decisions as a key player on the sales leadership team

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of closing experience with a tech/SaaS organization
  • 2+ years of leadership experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • Experience running deals within enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees)
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
  • Excellent ability to identify and resolve problems in the sales process
  • Superb communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
  • Known for integrity, ability to build trust, and strong relationships across all levels
  • Builder mentality, self-starter, go-getter, history of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment
