Vistaprint Digital Services is looking for a world class leader to manage important partnerships within our Business Development org. Vistaprint is undertaking a major project to redefine our global Digital Services Line of Business (LOB) and its products, and as part of that we have signed (and will sign more) significant partnerships. We are looking for candidates to take over relationships once they have been signed, shepherd them through implementation, and own the ongoing management with responsibility for delivering on financial goals. The successful candidate will develop and grow relationships with internal teams throughout the company, external partners, brands and their developer teams, and work to understand our products, business model, and technical capabilities.
The Sr. Manager will report to the Director of Business Development and will be a key member of a growing team currently redefining its path forward. As a member of the Digital Services Line of Business (LOB), you will be involved in helping define the Digital LOB strategy and strategic and tactical approaches, its product portfolio and user journeys, and help drive research needs to identify potential business partnerships.
The ideal candidate has managed significant partnerships in the past and is ready for the next step –to have ultimate responsibility to take over and ensure success for newly signed business development deals. The role requires a foundation in analytics and the ability to deliver on revenue goals, an ability to grow and manage relationships, and a keen sense of getting things done and working through ambiguity. We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in the digital and ecommerce world and is excited to learn about the latest companies and stay on top of the latest trends driving the business. What You Will Do:
- Manage relationships with external partners to meet financial goals
- Lead implementation efforts of external partners into the Vistaprint ecosystem –prioritize needs, liaise with internal departments as necessary, manage expectations and deliver projects on a timeline
- Build business cases to highlight missed opportunities and understand the value Vistaprint Digital can bring to the marketplace
- Identify and propose solutions that will improve financial and operating results of partners
- Extend existing partnerships by identifying opportunities and building business cases to allow us to deliver additional value for our customers
- Identify and drive the development of internal products and the integration of external products/services that adhere to our customer need and business vison
- Aid in definition of the Vistaprint Digital marketplace business model including partner revenue splits, service agreements, contracts, product submission and subscription models
- Capture the Voice of Customer and quantify impact of feature requests to feed into product roadmap and influence prioritization of product development
- Assist with the negotiation and closing of deals by working with Finance and Legal teams, managing partner expectations, and guiding discussions to beneficial conclusions

- Experience owning and growing relationships with external partners
- Demonstrated experience and success leading impactful, cross-functional projects
- 8+ years of experience in B2B digital products
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Nice to Have:
- MBA
- Experience bringing technology products to market in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in or closely with a Product Management organization
