Job Description
Leads and manages a team and drives continuous improvement. Champions ideas, inspires creative work and influences and defends the team’s point of view to other business areas. Determines team’s purpose and role within the organization. Oversees multiple business lines in breadth and depth, lead and motivate others to work more efficiently and effectively and fosters relationships with senior business partners to drive effective creative solutions and work that moves the business forward.
Responsibilities
- Coaches and develops a team to become strategic partners and creative teammates.
- Works with creative counterparts to ensure work developed delivers against strategic objectives and creative briefs and champions and defends strong creative ideas.
- Fosters collaboration with senior level business partners to understand marketing challenges, communication needs and identifies near and long-term strategic opportunities that can propel the business forward.
- Oversees a team that manages workflow to ensure work is managed efficiently, effectively, with creative direction that leads to effective creative work.
- Develops working hypotheses that apply to a wide variety of marketing challenges and identifies and drives new creative operational strategies forward using business knowledge, industry dynamics, competitive landscape and consumer trends.
- Advances and operates as an internal agency account team given evolving, dynamic, agile work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Account Management, Brand Management or related field
- In lieu of education, 12+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Account Management, Brand Management or related field
Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field
