About the team
The Enterprise Regional Strategy team helps drive new revenue for FIS. We form part of Worldpay from FIS - providing payment solutions to the world's largest international companies. We work closely with General Managers and Business Leaders across the organisation to build strategic growth plans, drive new market launches and execute new growth initiatives to maximise sales success.
We are a global team, with team members located in several countries. Key stakeholders in the role include Sales, Product, Finance, Sales Operations, Solutions Consulting and our Geo Expansion Team in addition to FIS Capital Planning and Banking Solutions stakeholders.
What you will be doing
In this role you will define and execute our Enterprise strategy for FIS alongside key stakeholders in Capital Markets and Banking Solutions across 1) optimisation of our FIS wide Enterprise Go-to-Market strategy and 2) in-year cross-segment revenue growth. From an FIS Enterprise Go-to-market standpoint, you will define the optimal Enterprise value proposition we deliver to the market, emphasising the differentiated value we bring to customers as a combined business with FIS. Alongside this, you will drive in-year revenue growth by becoming a Subject-Matter-Expert in priority FIS Products (e.g. Premium Payback, GETPAID), owning the Commercialization of these propositions into our payments customer book while also optimizing FIS wide lead generation flow for our payments offerings.
Main duties and responsibilities

  • Design the optimal FIS Enterprise Go to Market strategy in collaboration with stakeholders in Banking Solutions and Capital Markets
  • Define the FIS "Super-User" merchant persona (i.e. a merchant that leverages our Worldpay, Banking and Capital Markets offerings) and Total Achievable Market
  • Consider and explore FIS operating model changes that would optimise our ability to deliver on our newly defined FIS Enterprise Go to market proposition
  • Develop strategies for how to evolve and improve inter-divisional cross sell at FIS, breaking down existing siloes and creating new processes to remove duplication, share information more easily and find quicker paths to revenue
  • Work flexibly to deliver a range of commercialisation activity for 3-4 synergy-related products
  • Quickly grasp the technical features of the products you support and communicate these to both internal and external audiences in an easy to understand way
  • Support pipeline creation and revenue modelling for the products you are supporting, to identify which opportunities will generate the greatest return for FIS and should thus be prioritised
  • Regularly update internal stakeholders (Executives and Senior Leaders) on the commercial progress and delivery schedule of your activities
  • Manage a complex, cross-functional group of Go-to-Market stakeholders to ensure all work streams deliver on time and to a high standard
  • Provide input into FIS's marketing function, to support them in creating exciting and engaging marketing campaigns for the products you support


What you bring

  • 4-5 years' experience in strategy, consulting, product commercialization or a related field
  • Commercially focused, with a desire to drive great outcomes for the business
  • Confidence and experience in engaging with and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Proactive and strategic thinker, able to look ahead to foresee issues and plan around them
  • Excellent organisation skills, able to coordinate across multiple projects and stay on top of details
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Clear, proactive communicator (both written and verbal), able to listen and work well with others while being confident and assertive where required
  • Quick ability to learn new and potentially technical topics, and then communicate this technical detail in a clear and simple way to a range of audiences
  • Clearly demonstrated ability to build and leverage strong networks, both internally & externally

  • Technical expertise in payments products
  • Project management experience
