About the job:

Two central focus areas for our business are upsell and channel revenue; as a SaaS company, both are crucial to our growth flywheel in the coming years. In this role, you’ll oversee the teams responsible for each of these focal areas: Account Management, which very deliberately resides within our Customer Success organization, as well as Partnerships – a portfolio that includes channel, services and advisory partners, as well as go-to-market technology partners.

In this role you will:

  • Manage a book of business that includes targets for:
    • Gross churn and net retention (direct and partner)
    • Upsell
    • New partnerships
    • Partner revenue (including expansion and retention)
    • Acts of advocacy
  • Hire, train, and manage global teams in Account Management and Partner Management.
  • In partnership with Operations, refine and maintain reporting for leadership including renewal reports, upsell pipeline, new partner pipeline, etc.
  • Work closely with the Professional Services and Customer Success organizations to ensure BlueConic customers are getting value out of the platform from day one.
  • Track and analyze key metrics related to customer revenue and collaborate with leadership to identify and implement processes and procedures to exceed target metrics.
  • Collaborate with CS leadership to identify and implement processes and best practices to serve our most strategic customers.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for strategic business deals (e.g. new verticals, enterprise opportunities) in support of direct and indirect sales cycles.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to support customers and partners as needed (marketing, product, learning and development, etc.)
  • Partner with the Director, Partnerships to build out a best-in-class partnership program.

You have:

  • At least ten years of experience working in revenue-responsible roles, ideally in a marketing technology organization, with a track record of driving growth.
  • A proven record of results against revenue and other performance targets in a partnerships and/or sales function.
  • Prior experience managing and growing global teams.
  • Proven success with enterprise level relationships.
