360Learning is looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our US team. Your role will consist of generating opportunities from 360Learning top priority, highest potential accounts. As the owner of these accounts, you will be in charge of developing personalized reach-out strategies to connect with the target persona and transform intent signals into a sales pipeline.

More specifically, you will be in charge in your territory to qualify inbound leads and contact potential customers through cold-calls, email, and LinkedIn. Throughout your conversations, you will detect customer pain points, understand their context, and how we can help. You will evangelize collaborative learning in the market, and pitch 360Learning value proposition.

To achieve your goals, you will benefit from top-notch ABM capabilities: every day, you will receive insights into which accounts to target based on their web activity, and a pre-built list of contacts to reach out to, as well as inbound leads generated from marketing initiatives. Working in close collaboration with marketing operations, demand gen, and sales, you will benefit from thorough onboarding and continuous learning & coaching opportunities as you grow.

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Finish onboarding and begin your core role as a senior BDR
  • Master the pitch and inbound qualification methodology
  • Start qualifying leads and create your first opportunities

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Fully master our tool stack and ramp up on outbound
  • Own 360Learning top priority accounts based on intent and company profile
  • Create your first opportunities on 360Learning top priority accounts

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Be fully ramped on ABM and outbound methodologies
  • Reach 100% of monthly targetDetect & share opportunities to improve our ABM and outbound processes

Within 12 months, you will:

  • Be eligible to transition to a BDR coach or AE role
  • Contribute as a subject matter expert on sales development, ABM and outbound and share your knowledge with the rest of the organization

The Skills Set

  • Previous experience of at least 12 months hitting targets as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Previous experience in outbound and/or account-based marketing
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Passion for learning and education
  • Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Enthusiasm about the idea of working in our Culture of Convexity

What We Offer

  • Compensation. We offer competitive salary + equity
  • Investment. Comprehensive medical, vision and dental insurance. 401k matching starting Day 1. Generous parental leave policy.
  • Balance. We offer 20 days of annual PTO + 5 days for sick leave + holidays! We are remote-friendly and promote flexible work hours.
  • Culture. We are a global team. We are powered through our culture called Convexity (you will hear this a lot). An Insider's view of 360Learning

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

One of our company values is to enable employees to choose where and when they work. We refer to it as “your life, your way.” For me, that means a range of things–I want the flexibility to go for a long lunch with a friend, take an afternoon spin class, or take PTO without any pressure to be tethered to work.

Caroline

Director of Product Marketing

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

We all want to be 1% better today than yesterday. We go the extra mile to help others and make them feel awesome.

Sophie

VP Operations & Strategy

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

360Learning offers great opportunities for impact-oriented people. I joined 360Learning 1.5 years ago and my scope has evolved 3 times. At each step, I've received impactful coaching to help me step-up to challenges and have been continually encouraged to step out of my comfort zone. This is exactly what I was hoping for when joining the company.

Benjamin

Head of Operations

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

My goal is to develop leaders, not followers. It means encouraging my team to take ownership of virtually anything that can be improved whether they are a VP or an intern. I am intentional about giving everyone the space to experiment, learn from their mistakes, and ultimately reveal their genius.

Jean-Christophe

CRO, Americas

What makes someone successful on your team?

Self-sufficiency is key at 360Learning. We have a culture that practices autonomy and accountability. If you like the ability to work in an asynchronous way while still being a team player, success will not be far behind.

Alex

Account Executive
