Who are we looking for?

SentinelOne is searching for a Senior Business Development Manager, Ecosystem Partnerships to help us expand technology ecosystem partnerships globally.  

As a member of the SentinelOne Business Development team, you will act as the Business Development liaison between us and our technology partners, playing both a Business Development lead and Platform evangelist. 

Key responsibilities include recruiting, incubating technology partners, engaging with partner business development and field to drive GTM.

The ideal candidate will 

  • Possess executive business development, communication and technical skills to interact with partner BD, Product and Marketing executives.  
  • Be self-motivated and outcome-driven, with a proven track record of managing relationships. 
  • Ability to identify cybersecurity market trends and anticipate growth segments for acceleration and focus.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with senior executives.
  • Ability to lead through influence and collaboration.
  • Be responsible for the successful execution of partner initiatives including strategy, sales, marketing and general management activities.


Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage XDR and ZeroTrust technology partners to the SentinelOne Marketplace ecosystem which could include emerging startups and/or established technology vendors.
  • Manage and lead technology partner lifecycle from integration requests all the way to the GTM launch.
  • Work with technology partner to develop and maintain GTM materials.
  • Work with technology partner business development, and marketing to define and execute go to market plans.
  • Work with Sales ops, Solution Architect and Marketing to develop, maintain and manage the technology partner program and partner portal.
  • Execute the go to market plans while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Marketing, Sales and SE teams, legal, operations and support).
  • Prepare and present technology partner ISV business reviews to the BD Executive Leadership team.
  • Lead, negotiate and complete contract negotiations and serve as a partner liaison to the legal group.

Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • 5-8+ years of business development, technical marketing experience, ideally in market leading ISV cybersecurity company or technology consulting. 
  • Experience with Software Vendors and ability to work with Business Development peers in building strong technology partner relationships.
  • Technical ability to understand software and recognize areas of product integration, discuss product roadmaps, and engage with product managers.
  • Domain knowledge and experience in one or more of threat detection, security analytics, network security and API security is a strong plus, but not required.
  • Prior experience in management, as well as product management, business development, or product evangelist.
  • Willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment. 
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, IOT and cloud computing
  • Experience working in the partner ecosystem.
  • MBA or Graduate degree in STEM OR Computer Science.
