As a Senior Business Analyst for Spectrum Enterprise Sales Operations, you focus on identifying the rate or return or value of investment of projects. You excel at ensuring the business is investing time and funding into the most valuable efforts. You provide recommendations that improve general business processes and planning while enhancing the client experience. You analyze complex business operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational goals. You design sales processes that drive efficiency across multiple business units.
Using an expert understanding of the structure, policies and operations, you work with business units to translate client needs into specifications that guide the Information Technology (IT) department to deliver effective solutions. You maximize the impact of your initiatives by drafting documents tailored to specific internal audiences. You flourish in an office environment reviewing processes and providing consultation to boundary partners throughout the organization. You report to the Manager of Business Analysis, Enterprise Sales Operations for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
- Recommend solutions that align individual business functions with organizational goals by working with business stakeholders and analyzing business operations.
- Improve general business processes and planning by researching and understanding the structure, policies and operations of the organization.
- Maximize the effectiveness of initiatives by assisting with business process redesign and documentation.
- Drive improvement initiatives by translating high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization or vendors and managing changes to the specifications.
- Influence current and future business and sales operations by compiling, analyzing, interpreting and presenting complex company and client data.
- Propose new strategies for successful business improvements through the creation of reports, charts, graphs and presentations.
- Develop accurate project time and cost estimates by identifying phases, elements and team requirements.
- Analyze external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Reduce costs through recommendations or improvements that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
- Ensure successful introductions of new technology, business processes, capabilities and strategies through the identification and prioritization of training needs.
- Successfully launch initiatives by developing test planning and coordinating solution testing.
- Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
- Three years of project management experience.
- Five or more years in business analysis or related experience.
- Five or more years of telecommunications experience.
- Proven prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.
- Solid data analysis and interpretation skills.
- History of quickly identifying business issues and opportunities while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident when preparing and facilitating data-driven presentations.
- Track record of making decisions and resolving issues while working under pressure.
- Demonstrated project management and leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

- History of driving conversations to successfully understand and translate discussions into business requirements or user stories.
- Experienced in technical writing.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.
- Detailed knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

- Previous experience in sales enablement.
Your education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (required).
