Koddi is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join its growing client services team.

Our Senior Account Managers serve as our clients’ biggest allies. They focus on maximizing the effectiveness of every aspect of our clients’ marketing campaigns. Their responsibilities range from providing strategic insight to ensuring the internal team provides perfect tactical execution. To be successful in this position, you must have a passion for excellence, the ability to learn quickly, an aptitude for data and analysis, and excellent communication skills.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build relationships with existing clients and provide first class level support
  • Train clients to fully utilize the Koddi platform
  • Deliver campaign performance insights and drive results
  • Develop campaign optimization strategies and build execution plans.
  • Identify/communicate upcoming industry trends in both travel and digital marketing
  • Deliver a consistent client experience by identifying, communicating and resolving issues in data integrity
  • Manage and coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Provide ad-hoc technical assistance and client support
  • Lead weekly client calls and all other performance reviews
  • Create, design, and implement marketing initiatives that drive client success
  • Communicate new or upcoming platform features to clients
  • Help prioritize new features by communicating client needs to internal development team

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing campaign management experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience working with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Ability to multitask and drive to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
  • Proven self-starter with confidence and high energy levels
