About this role:
The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in executing the company's expansion strategy. We are looking for a highly driven individual to join our team, develop executive relationships with financial service providers, identify their unique business challenges, and drive adoption of our Biz2X solution. The role combines strong sales, consulting, strategic thinking, collaboration, and analytical skills. This position will work and report to the SVP of Sales to grow our technology footprint, within the North America-US financial services marketplace. The ideal candidate resides in the Phoenix or Denver area.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for business development efforts, including statements of work proposals.
Interface with key decision makers and senior leaders within each prospect.
Work cross-functionally and collaborate with marketing, strategy, legal and technical teams.
Own the entire lifecycle of each opportunity from initial engagement- through an executed agreement with support from the leadership team.
Position Requirements
Requirements/Key Attributes:
Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field, Master's Degree preferred.
7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or strategic partnerships.
Experience in either Lending, Banking, Payments, Fintech, or SaaS technology sales.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
Collaboration & Influence: ability to successfully bring together internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint.
Creativity & Innovation: Generates new and innovative approaches to problems.
