Lev is looking for a Senior Account Executive with a positive and winning mindset to help shape the future of our sales program and foster trusted relationships to drive long lasting business partnerships. We seek outstanding people eager to do excellent work while supporting others in doing the same! We are looking for account executives who have strong interpersonal skills with a track record of closing new business. The ideal candidate is passionate, driven and persuasive. 

As a Sr Account Executive You Will

  • Be a part of the Lev team on the ground floor, helping grow the #1 startup in the Commercial Real Estate space disrupting an archaic industry
  • Dive right into training and quickly learn the Lev sales process, including our basic qualifying material and product offerings
  • Dive right into outreach on the phones and through email and become a Lev expert who can confidently speak about our value, products and help Real Estate owners find the best financing options for their business
  • Work alongside our internal execution team to identify the best lenders and financing for the borrower
  • Serve as liaison between the borrower, lender and our execution team, maintaining a strong relationship throughout the closing process
  • Manage the sales process from outreach through Term Sheet Agreement signature

Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in any field of study
  • 2-4 years of sales experience in a high velocity environment 
  • Must be able to work from NYC office 4 days per week
  • A proven track record of success in your Sales Career
  • Possess outstanding communication skills
  • Have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and autonomously manage your time
  • Are comfortable and resilient in conversations with Real Estate owners from all walks of life
  • Are excited by and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Think on your feet when faced with new challenges, tough conversations, or difficult questions
  • Always raise your personal bar. You can take feedback like a professional and implement it immediately
