The Position

Account Executive

 

What We Need

Kareo are looking for an experienced Account Executive for a high-growth SaaS payment solutions platform. Patient financial responsibility for healthcare services has been steadily on the rise, creating the need for more streamlined and seamless methods of payment to meet healthcare providers and patient needs.



As an Account Executive, you will focus on driving new adoption and growth of high-value prospects and existing customers. Consumer focused healthcare payments are in high demand and we have a fast evolving line of product solutions that is forward looking and leading edge. You will start with a cross-functional team behind you including a Sales Engineer, Marketing Solution Manager, and Product Development team. You will begin with a pre-qualified pipeline of prospects at your fingertips where you will be expected to execute with high-reward potential.

 

Your Area of Focus

  • Work from a qualified lead list of existing customers that have not yet adopted our solutions
  • Close deals with net-new prospects that match our ICP through inbound leads
  • Develop and grow outbound lead pipeline, hire and train an SDR
  • Identify requirements, uncover roadblocks and demonstrate account management capabilities to drive adoption
  • Ability to identify and cultivate prospects through targeted account planning and outbound communication tactics
  • Perform discovery calls with prospects and demo solutions
  • Partner with business leaders to form sales strategies and research new prospects
  • Work with our Sales Engineer and Marketing Manager to evolve sales tools and resources
  • Become an expert resource for our SaaS-based payment solutions platform and maintain consistent high-level technical knowledge of the product, version updates, and pricing
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue targets 

 

Your Professional Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of consultative sales experience with SaaS solutions
  • Consistent track record of meeting and/or exceeding goals
  • Motivated and constant learner, thirst for growth and tenacity to succeed
  • Strong prospecting skills, detail oriented and able to connect to specific customer needs
  • Excellent presentation skills; written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight or similar CRM
  • Payments or FinTech experience a plus
