Senior Account Executive

Duda is looking for an experienced, consultative Sr. Account Executive to help us reach the next phase of growth. You’ll be joining our growing Louisville, CO team as we enable a more beautiful, functional, and connected web with our market-leading digital presence platform. Recognized as a “Best Place to Work in Colorado” by BuiltIn Colorado, we’re helping digital marketing agencies and Saas partners scale their businesses by automating their acquisition, streamlining client onboarding and creating a stickier product solution with an integrated website offering. We recently raised a $50M Series D, putting us over $100M in total funding, and continue to expand our commercial teams.
To support Duda’s growth, we are looking for a strategic, driven and accomplished Sr. Account Executive who is passionate about finding and solving customer problems while delivering against business goals. As a Sr. AE you will prospect and partner with prospective customers to clearly define their challenges and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs. You’ll partner across the commercial organization with Sales Engineering, Account Management and other cross-functional partners to manage complex inbound and outbound sales cycles and close new business.
What you'll do
- Manage a dynamic and complex sales process with multiple stakeholders, navigating technical requirements and various business considerations to successfully close new business.
- Listen attentively, communicate effectively, and present confidently to find the best fit between prospect needs and Duda solutions.
- Identify, qualify and cultivate new leads to continuously develop your sales pipeline.
- Partner with the Business Development team to define and execute outbound strategies to attract new highly qualified leads, while optimizing the inbound funnel to convert interested leads into paying customers.
- Conduct compelling and engaging product and use case demos to prospective customers.
- Negotiate mutually agreeable deal terms to close new business and set new customers up for long-term success.
- Maintain updated sales records and prospect status using Salesforce, SalesLoft and other sales tools.
- Closely collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Business Development, Account Management, Sales Engineering, Support, Product, and Finance) to define strategies that drive maximum value for prospects, customers, and Duda.
What you'll add to Duda
- 7+ years experience selling complex solutions; SaaS sales experience preferred
- Ability to manage and navigate multi-stakeholder, long deal cycles
- Ability to understand, quantify, and synthesize your prospects' technical needs and challenges and guide them towards the optimal Duda solution.
- Intellectual curiosity, a passion for client success, and a relentless focus on achieving goals
- A growth mindset that promotes making progress over perfection, uncovering new problems and generating creative solutions, taking accountability for outcomes and a bias towards action
- Proficiency in sales and collaboration tools, such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Hubspot, and Google Workspace (docs, spreadsheets, slides, etc.), or similar tools. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and hands-on experience

Lastly, we offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package including base salary, quarterly variable commission earnings, and equity. We make sure there is equal pay for equal work and value diversity and inclusion. While compensation offers will ultimately be based on the candidate’s skills and experiences, the range for total compensation for this position (including base and variable with a 60/40 split) is $160,000-$200,000 OTE with an uncapped variable and accelerators.

Our Louisville, CO office has a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, two days remote).
