Sales Development Manager

As our SDR Manager in Mountain View, you’ll work closely with our SDR Leadership Team to define outreach strategy and exceed aggressive sales goals. You will provide your team world-class support and give them everything they need to succeed and grow their careers. What you’ll do:

  • Help create a high energy, results focused environment where success is abundant and collaboration is key
  • Cultivate a deep sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and passion for your work
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for meetings, lead creation & pipeline generated
  • Learn the product and buyer inside and out, helping craft creative and engaging messaging for prospects
  • Meet regularly with key stakeholders, report on team results, and lead conversations about business direction and scalability
  • Develop and deliver ongoing training on sales prospecting, email outreach, and outbound calling
  • Be a key player in weekly team meetings to discuss challenges and celebrate wins 
  • Have an obsession with being a data-driven, highly analytical, structured thinker with the ability to lead through influence
  • Attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class SDR talent

What you bring to the table:
  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR manager with a proven track record of success, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment
  • 5+ years of experience in sales
  • Strong analytical skills within the modern sales stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Linkedin, etc)
  • Experience hiring, training, and mentoring SDRs, transforming a group of individuals into a high performing team
  • Experience partnering with Marketing teams on account-based marketing strategies
  • A history of meeting or exceeding monthly targets 
  • A passion for sales and the process around it 
  • Intellectual curiosity and hustle!
