In this role, you will lead a team of SDRs to attain or exceed quota perpetually. You will be given the resources you need to succeed. You will have strong support from the top--having access to the entire executive team to ensure that your team has what it needs, and also for your own growth and mentorship. You will report directly to the VP of Growth. You’ll be an important strategic contributor, and enjoy a great deal of autonomy, with exciting career growth potential.
What you will be doing
- Own the revenue contribution outcome from the SDR organization sourced by both inbound and outbound channels
- Build and manage company sales pipeline to deliver accurate forecasting to the VP of Growth
- Define, track, and manage activity metrics for each member of your team, and effectively report on this in real-time
- Recruit/hire (supported by company’s recruiting team), train, and develop a world-class team of SDRs.
- Relentlessly and selflessly support the reps on your team with coaching, training, skill-building, encouragement and genuine recognition
- Continue to refine and improve on existing program toward higher levels of performance
- Evaluate and implement tools and systems as required (CRM, Prospecting, Dialing, Email, etc)
- Experience creating scale in a b2b technology environment preferred
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in the SaaS space in both closing and sales management roles
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota both as an individual and team leader
- Standout experience building and expanding a sales team while driving revenue growth
- Excellent track record of development (strong history of individual rep success & promotions)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience & proficiency with Salesforce.com, spreadsheets, email/call automation platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Yesware, etc.)
