$75k-150K first-year total comp depending on experience and performance

Position Summary

We are building a stellar team of Sales Development Representatives to increase the overall revenue of the company by building our database, generating profitable leads, and forming and fostering meaningful and lasting relationships with customers in our industry at Moov Technologies. The Sales Development Representative will partner directly with the sales team leader to discover qualified opportunities by responding to targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.. This position will also collaborate with key leaders to accelerate Moov’s hyper growth status.

Core Functions

  • Work with sales team leader to develop target lists and call strategies
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts
  • Effectively manage inbound lead flow as well as executing outbound prospecting initiatives
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results within Moov’s CRM system
  • Represent Moov and prospect for leads at key networking events, such as SEMICON
  • Work Asia hours on a limited basis
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI targets
  • Act as a mentor for new PDR hires

You Should Apply If

  • You have 0-3 years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting, prior tech industry sales experience is a plus
  • You have experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn sales tools
  • You are tenacious and relentless self-starter
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” startup mentality
  • You have the ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
  • You have a proven ability to drive business results without significant supervision
  • You have the willingness to learn, low ego, and proactively take ownership of responsibilities
