Sales Training & Enablement Manager
As a Sales Training & Enablement Manager at Sensor Tower, you’ll be instrumental for sellers new to the company and driving programs that decrease ramp up time. Excited about setting others up for success and orchestrating meaningful changes to increase win rates, you’ll be a trusted partner for sales leadership and sellers in crushing our revenue goals. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our BDRs, Account Managers, Account Executives and Customer Success Managers achieve in all areas needed to succeed including mobile app industry knowledge, expertise in the Sensor Tower platform, our sales processes, and our technology stack.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to build 30, 60, and 90 Day Plans for new hires
- Measure ramp up time and work with Sales Leadership to create customize training solutions to fill in gaps
- Design and maintain training paths for new hires based on role and vertical, and paths for sales career progression
- Develop certifications for industry, product, and value messaging via our learning management system (Lessonly)
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on continuous education and training workshops, e.g., product and feature releases
- Create dynamic, effective and engaging training content and manage supplementary resources
- Consistently evaluate retention of training materials to refine and improve approach
- Identify areas where we need more training or new curriculum in a data-driven manner
- Create a process for training requests and streamline all training programs
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of sales training experience working in SaaS
- Proven track record decreasing ramp time and improving sales effectiveness through training programs
- Experience with creating courses and certifications using an LMS (Lessonly is a plus)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and effectively in order to teach others
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Highly organized and process-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a growth mindset; always looking for ways to improve
- Previous experience in a quota carrying role is a major plus
