The Role You’ll Play:

We are looking for an experienced, innovative and engaging Sales Training & Enablement Manager to help us support and scale our rapidly growing Sales team.

This role is an exciting opportunity to own the creation, implementation, and ongoing management of a sales learning & certification program for our field & customer success teams in our LMS platform.. The successful candidate will partner Sales leaders & Product Marketing and key stakeholders to understand critical learning paths to achieve this. Additionally, this role will collaborate on other critical sales training & enablement programs and initiatives, supporting the entire enterprise and all lines of business.

Your Main Tasks:

  • Uses instructional techniques and applies understanding of adult learning theory and learning dynamics to achieve learning outcomes.
  • Create and manage a sales bootcamp program (sales 101 / sales fundamental skills)
  • Develops and administers Sales certification programs (product, skill, knowledge) for all key products and solutions.
  • Delivers training on our product, domain knowledge, alignment of isolved products and services with key customer business challenges, and associated value messaging..
  • Learns new product functionality and processes to understand enablement requirements.
  • Conducts needs analyses, interviews Subject Matter Experts, and gathers content for enablement materials.
  • Creates needed materials, including exercises and activities, using Microsoft Word and Power Point and training technology platforms.
  • Administers first and second level evaluations and reports back to management/team leads.
  • Partners with Enablement Operations and Sales leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining productivity dashboards to measure enablement and curriculum design effectiveness.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work related experience.
  • 5+ years experience in training and/or instructional design; demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
  • 2+ years industry experience.
  • Has created and managed a sales bootcamp program (sales 101 / sales fundamental skills).
  • Experience creating, implementing, and managing a successful product certification program for Sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, decision making, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong project management skills.
