The Position

Sales Trainer

 

What We Need

As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for facilitating and developing training programs for the sales org. You will oversee and expand our onboarding program for new hires, and also support GTM initiatives and other aspects of training that align with company goals. Additionally, you will help with content creation and coaching our sales reps on our product, sales methodology and process.

Your Area of Focus

  •  Design and deliver training content to improve our new hire onboarding program
  • Oversee all areas of sales onboarding, including scheduling, delivery and performance evaluations
  • Expand our training strategy to live, online and self-guided with appropriate certifications for various teams
  • Act as a leader and empower the team to exceed quota every month by mastering our value proposition and sales approach
  • Oversee content development and management of our sales LMS, Lessonly
  • Identify gaps in rep knowledge and put together appropriate trainings to upskill
  • Build relationships with both reps and their managers to influence sales performance
  • Work closely with our Sales Enablement Program Manager and Sales Ops to identify process improvements
  • Be the face of Kareo for new hires!

 

Your Professional Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years’ experience in sales training, education or related fields with some sales experience preferred
  • You are familiar with LMS software and Salesforce
  • You love helping people and can build relationships remotely
  • You have extensive knowledge of sales training best practices, including instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation
  • You are familiar with modern sales methodologies, sales processes, and buyer journey alignment
  • You have experience coaching and developing reps at all levels
  • You can effectively manage projects from concept to completion
  • You can consult or provide guidance on complex matters to non-specialists and excel in communicating effectively with senior management
  • You have general knowledge of effective hiring and profiles for sales roles
  • You have highly developed training, presentation, and written communication skills
