The Sales Systems Specialist will support the use, implementation, and administration of technical systems used by the Sales team.
The position is responsible for enabling data integrity within systems, and supports the team on projects leading to the efficient use of our revenue stack.
This individual will be instrumental and have a large focus on training and documentation, supporting and enabling the Sales team's overall operational efficiency and trust in technical systems.
This role reports directly to the Executive Director, Sales Systems and Data.

Responsibilities of the Sales Systems Specialist:• Develop training materials and written documentation to support the implementation of the revenue stack and catalog processes• Deliver live and recorded trainings on the revenue stack tools and processes• Ongoing updating of the team's roadmap based on input provided by the sales team• Build and manage Salesforce.com territory reports, dashboards, and other reports for Sales representatives and management• Partner with Managers of Sales Systems colleagues to develop and implement strategies to support Sales via the revenue stack• Manage data quality and integrity in sales systems to ensure accurate reporting• Support territory assignments updates• Communicate effectively and clearly summarize findings to a diverse array of stakeholders• Identify issues, gather relevant data, resolve problems, and communicate information and solutions• Liaise between the business units, technology teams, and support teams as necessary• Support salesforce clean-up projects• Provide support on implementation of current and new sales systems• Manage licenses, permissions, and access for sales systems
Basic Qualifications of the Sales Systems Specialist:• 1-3 years of relevant work experience• 2+ experience using or implementing sales stack tools including CRM (Salesforce.com preferred) and marketing automation (e.g. Pardot, Hubspot, etc.)• 2+ years experience documenting technical or sales systems processes and related training• Demonstrable ability to prioritize tasks and proactively coordinate systems, databases, and projects
Preferred Qualifications of the Sales Systems Specialist:• Advanced proficiency in Google Productivity suite such as Sheets, Docs, Slides, or equivalent• Experience developing and delivering trainings to adults, preferably on technical systems and processes• Demonstrable ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment with shared responsibilities• Interest in improving industry and product knowledge through self-study, training, and experience including related sales cycle processes and internal operational systems
