Epsilon is seeking a highly organized, detailed-oriented team-player with an upbeat take charge personality who will be efficient and effective in providing Sales Support. The role is managed within sales organization and is designed to manage operational aspects of client and prospect relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Salesforce management
- JIRA interface management
- Contract creation
- Billing Reconciliation
- Financial Report Generation
- Presentation/Proposal development
- Special Projects
- Order entry and trafficking of the order process
- General Support the team to meet/achieve revenue goals
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus
- Aptitude for quickly learning technical concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in sales or marketing preferred
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional team to meet deadlines in an effective and efficient manner
- At least 1-3 years of business experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong time management skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in performance management and analytics preferred
