The Sales Support Specialist is a dedicated, comprehensive resource for the Quality Solutions Business Unit on the Healthgrades team to support client development and the delivery of marketing collateral and other contracted assets for the Quality Solutions products. This includes Quality Rating Analysis presentation generation, Ratings Release Support, maintaining the Quality Distribution Center, Marketing collateral review, and Deliverable Tracking and Reporting support via creation and distribution of Client Engagement reports.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a subject matter expert across all Quality Solutions products
  • Support the Quality Rating Analysis (QRA) request process and generate all QRA presentations.
  • Fulfill contracted marketing materials via Workbook tool in Salesforce, including trophies, banners, posters, certificates, banner stands, and other related collateral
  • Serve as liaison between marketing creative, and automation for Quality Distribution Center materials, infographics and other collateral deliverables
  • Create and manage bulk trophy orders for Marketplace division
  • Preparation, distribution and approval of award assets and other marketing collateral in the Quality Distribution Center (QDC); communicate availability to Marketplace organization
  • Tracking and reporting on contracted deliverables and marketing collateral including Salesforce reports and maintenance
  • Support the Ad Review process, approve standard messaging ads, track approvals, update Salesforce and maintain ad library
  • Managing the Quality Distribution Center including URL’s for client use, FAQ’s, Infographics, award images, awards, and rating methodology

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Solid communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to train co-workers on policies, processes, and best practices
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce and project management software is a plus!

Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado. The following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $45,000 - $55,000*
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
