The Role:
We are looking for a driven, self-motivated, and hungry to learn individual, who is looking to build a career in digital advertising. As a Sales Support Representative, you will be a key player on a global team supporting and streamlining our pre-sales operations. Your primary focus in this role will be to support Sales Executives with customer and campaign data entry into Salesforce, while prospecting new leads and qualifying them for regional and global Business Development Representatives. As part of this developmental position, you will receive the opportunity and resources to prepare you for growth and success into several Sojern teams and roles.
Responsibilities:
Proficiently utilize Salesforce, with Sojern’s architecture and guidelines
Work closely with the inside sales organization to find new prospects
Effective at navigating a number of prospective tools and websites to identify key decision makers
Follow Sojern sales processes, products, pricing, and cross-functional operations
Develop internal relationships with stakeholders such as Sales, Account Managers and Product
Own Salesforce or Excel data entry for Contacts, Products and Schedules of the assigned Sales Opportunities
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in business, marketing, or a related field)
Goal-oriented, passionate, high-energy professional with a “no excuses” attitude
Self-motivated, willing to learn new technologies and able to work independently & cross-functionally
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Hands-on experience using Salesforce.com is a plus
Digital Marketing experience is a plus
Spanish language abilities is a plus
