We are looking for individuals who innovate and identify efficiencies! If you are an individual who enjoys being the go to person and loves customer service, we want you to join our group! As a Sales Support Representative, you will be part of a centralized team providing global sales support. The primary responsibility will be managing quoting via Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), assisting with standardization of the process and crafting efficiencies to meet metrics. Additional duties include handling customer request through a variety of portals, as well as using Excel and Power Point skills to help facilitate analytics and presentations. We are a key partner to improving Sales processes, so having a desire to take an active role in implementation is crucial.
Responsibilities and Tasks


    • Ensure operational stability and standard methodologies for supported systems, processes and tools
    • Provide support for Sales and/or the Business Units through the delivery and/or preparation of quotes and quoting recommendations
    • Act as main point of contact in specialty area(s) for field sales


    • Alignment of quotes to customer support plans
    • Pro- active management of quote related blocks
    • Handling customer pricing portals and files
    • Identifying trends in customer pricing behaviors and patterns
    • Negotiation preparation


    • Supporting the sales team with their reporting, analytics and presentation material to optimize business development and facilitate account strategies
    • Handling customer requests via web portals, working with cross-functional teams to facilitate closure

    • Skills and Experience
      • Strong time management, interpersonal and prioritization skills
      • Excellent attention to detail
      • Self-starter


      • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint (Intermediate level)
      • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (ideally Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Power BI)
      • Effective verbal and written communication skills (English required)
      • Excellent Customer Service skills
      • Pro-active problem solver
