We are hiring for a Part-Time Sales Support Representative-Mandarin Speaking at our Regional Support Center, working remotely.

Starting Pay: $17/hour

About the Role:

We are an inbound Support Center with customers and Brand Affiliates calling from North America, South America, Australia, and New Zealand. By working at our Support Center, you will be helping them grow their business by developing professional relationships as you place orders of all types, set up new accounts, answer questions, and resolve problems.

What you'll do:

• Simultaneously navigate different programs and software to provide help to distributors.
• Provide excellent customer support by helping Brand Affiliates create orders, replacements, refunds, and provide any other service needed
• Use resources to answer customer questions and concerns.
• Attend mandatory trainings an meetings.
• Communicate with Brand Affiliates through phone/ email.
• Dissolve customer concerns and build relationships of trust with distributors and customers.

What you'll need:

• Proficiency in basic computer skills, keyboard, and typing skills required.
• Ability to speak English at a native level required, written and verbal.
• Past customer service experience preferred.
• Excels with interpersonal skills including a strong ability to personalize and customize individual contacts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven customer service mentality.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn new concepts, procedures, and information quickly.
• Aptitude to perform and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to maintain composure in a challenging and demanding work environment.
• A High School education is preferred with 0-2 years of working experience
• Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma.
