In this role, you’ll be the company’s first point-of-contact for customer inquiries. Based on the need, you’ll be interfacing with our sales, services, and other teams to get customers the answers and information they need.
**Please note this position is based out of our Milwaukee, WI office**
The Job:
- Manage customers’ inbound inquiries, and thrive in meeting our high Service Level Agreement (SLA) on our phone sales line, web chats and emails, organized by shifts throughout the day.
- Contribute to driving revenue by prequalifying inbound sales leads and routing them to direct sales representatives.
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective and returning customers, routing them to the appropriate channels when necessary
- Act as a partner and support to the Direct and Channel Sales Teams, by providing sales administrative support: process sales orders, issue quotes, ensure proper set up of customers in our CRM, etc.
- Become an expert in our sales processes, service offering, and product applications, to be a resource to customers and prospects alike.
- Gain 3D printing industry experience by working with the most talented and creative customers on the planet, and of course, you’ll print in 3D to your heart’s content!
You:
- Are a clear and effective communicator, both written and on the phone
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Are a team player who thrives by learning from others and can lend an extra hand when needed
- Are a problem solver, who have at heart to help customers navigate our products and services offering, and find the answer they need, even if you don’t know it at first
- Are interested to grow into a sales career, or want to gain customer facing experience in a technical environment
Bonus Skills (Optional):
- Use of CRM and other service platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk etc.)
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Personal use of digital fabrication, design, 3D CAD or other relevant tools, or a genuine interest in understanding how things are made!
