As a Senior Sales Sourcer on the Talent Acquisition Team, supporting the Go to Market organization for the East Coast Region . You will play a key role that will impact both the growth and culture of the organization. You are passionate about bringing a level of curiosity and creativity to the recruiting process partnering with our Sales recruiting team to identify, attract, and engage Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives to help us fuel our hyper-growth.

Your primary focus will be developing innovative sourcing strategies, driving diversity sourcing initiatives, researching market trends, and building a proactive pipeline of top talent.

Your Qualifications:
  • Partner with the Sales recruiting and leadership teams to fully understand business requirements and implement accordingly.
  • Identify, engage, and evaluate top-level sales talent for Enterprise / Strategic AE’s and any sales-related roles.
  • Develop and lead innovative search strategies for both active and passive sales talent
  • Serve as a subject matter authority on effective diversity talent pipeline building strategies, as well as engage diverse talent to augment our candidate pipeline.
  • Define and build out effective recruiting processes that are highly efficient and reproducible
  • Ensure a high-touch experience from beginning to end.
  • Work collaboratively across our recruiting team including other recruiters, sourcers + coordinators.
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity with our Greenhouse ATS and other People systems
  • Provide an inclusive experience for individuals from all backgrounds
Preferred Skills:
  • 5+ years’ experience creatively sourcing sales talent, preferably within a rapidly growing high-tech SaaS company
  • Experience in sourcing for technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels
  • An ability to cultivate long term relationships in the sales community
  • Demonstrated experience applying innovative sourcing techniques: LinkedIn, X-Ray, social media, etc.
  • A passion and a proven track record of identifying diverse talent
  • A data-driven individual with the ability to grasp new technical concepts in support of sourcing initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Location: This position can be located remote within the US.
