Our Sales team is growing and looking for healthcare provider network experts to support our growth plans in a new role as a Sales Solutions Executive. This role is key in supporting the sales process by providing functional expertise to our sales team in uncovering prospect requirements and identifying product functionality gaps to develop, recommend, and package the best possible solutions for prospect and current clients.

The ideal candidate will use their national payer experience, technical background, and understanding of client data workflows to refine and provide custom-tailored client case studies, value proposition and demonstrations. To be successful in this role, you will need to be collaborative with a solutions-focused approach and commitment to high-quality deliverables. National Payer experience preferred.

In this role you will:

  • Connect with key business executives, stakeholders, and C-Suite and serve as SME for Sales Executive during the sales process
  • Partner with Sales Executive to meet sales quotas, unveiling upsell opportunities to get deeper and wider within National Payer accounts
  • Support work and activities related to the execution of sales strategies for national payer segment
  • Play an integral role in new business ideas and pitches including vision of strategy in National Payer space, developing value add analysis and ROI development
  • Focus on ensuring sales strategies and initiatives have purpose, deliver value to the client, and provide economic returns for Quest Analytics
  • Develop and direct others in describing a solution in various formats including proposals, Statements of Work, and RFP responses, as well as being a part of the team that presents this information to clients
  • Identify product and integration enhancements based on client requests and technical obstacles 
  • Develop custom-tailored client/prospect demonstrations for proof of concept purposes
  • Provide updates to the team about new features and the value proposition, ROI and how to apply to real world scenarios within National Payer space and how to apply these on the demo instance
  • Serve as the product expert in the pre-sales process and collaborate to create effective demonstration scenarios with accurate, logical and convincing data
  • Ensure that the sales organization’s needs are met through relationship-building and collaboration between sales leadership, product management, customer service, technology, and other internal organizations

We are looking for:

  • 5 + years of professional experience working with national payers/providers; experience with healthcare provider networks
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of client workflows
  • Experience as a liaison between business and technology organizations
  • Demonstrated clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitions
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • Understanding of solution selling and technical sales process
  • Experience working in a team environment, as well as independently and autonomously
  • Self-starter, with a high level of self-direction, motivation, and energy
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done
