Full Job Description

The B2B Sales Representative (SR) role is the premier Inside Sales role. B2B sales experience is required and software experience is strongly preferred.

We also offer an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) position, which may be better suited to some candidates. That position provides the opportunity to grow into an SR over time.

In-House Training: We will teach you everything you need to know to be an effective SR. And you'll earn your full rate of pay for all training time.

Sales Organization and Warm Leads: Our marketing team invests heavily in paid online advertising and lead generation to deliver you a steady stream of highly qualified leads who already want the service we offer. And our team of SDRs will qualify leads and set appointments for you, so you just show up and sell.

You will excel if you have
  • 3+ years experience in sales leadership and/or sales development leadership.
  • Startup, SMB and/or Public Sector SaaS experience is a plus!
  • High proficiency with Zoho and other sales enablement tools (know your tech-stack!)
  • Proven data-driven results - you should know your results and brag about them! Bring us stats that impress
  • Validated experience in building and scaling a sales team through all phases of an account-based sales cycle
  • A love for creating and implementing scalable processes
  • A love for making an impact and supporting your team's professional and personal growth
  • A quick learner, self-starter, ability to work independently, and an eagerness to handle the pressures of increasing levels of responsibility
  • Tech-savvy with an ability to comprehend and explain technology with ease
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, "do what it takes" startup culture
  • High need for competition and achievement

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Past experience selling and supporting within an indirect channel or vendor/partner-based sales programs for MSPs, IT/Technology Organizations, Independent Software Vendors, VARs, or System Integrators is a plus.
  • Exceptional Problem-Solving, Organization, & Time Management Skills
  • Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats and be a team player as this is core to our culture
  • Presentation skills for both small and large groups.
  • Excellent Administrative skills and previous experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
