Job Description

As a MindMaze Sales Representative you will be responsible for boosting revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability within a given geographical area.

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products and services (using Mindmaze marketing materials) to current and prospective customers, using evidence-based outcomes.

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers in order to meet their needs.

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  •  Promptly address customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Systematically achieve sales targets according to established sales goals

  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other MindMaze departments

  • Analyze territory potential, track sales and report results monthly.

  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

  • Additional duties as required


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors in Healthcare, Marketing, or related field

  • Previous experience as a sales representative in the healthcare industry;

  • Working autonomously: setting tasks and direction under limited supervision;

  • Previous experience on a CRM.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to create and nurture relationships.

  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

  • Responding to customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner

  • Willingness to travel nationally

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience building a highly specialized network, a on Neuro-rehabilitation 

  • Ability to prioritize projects

  • Previous exposure to Salesforce.

  • Technology and computer savvy
