ICANotes, LLC was established over 20 years ago and is a frontrunner in the behavioral health electronic health records system space. We are looking to hire energetic and enthusiastic remote Sales Representatives due to tremendous growth in the behavioral healthcare space, in addition to our new product offerings that are gamechangers. What would make you a good fit for this position:

-You are a people person and enjoy engaging with new people.

-You like staying busy with incoming warm leads, but also don't mind making some outbound calls to do some prospecting.

-You enjoy a bit of a challenge. Although you will have the competitive advantage, there are lots of "me-too products" to be familiar.

- You love technology and learning how to use new things.

- Multi-tasking is your middle name.

-You are organized, self-motivated and on time for customer appointments and meetings.

-You have experience with consultative selling and how to win a customer by selling to their pain points.

-You want to be part of a team that works together seamlessly, and team members are always willing to pitch in to help each other where needed.

-You want a Monday-Friday work week but don't mind accommodating a prospect's need for an off-hours phone call occasionally if it means closing the sale.

-You want to work with a company with big growth potential, that is open to hearing your ideas.

As the first point of contact our customers have with the company, your role is essential. You will spend your time developing relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our program can address those needs. You don't have to have experience selling in our industry - just an eagerness to learn - we'll teach you the rest.

-Strong hourly base wage, which accounts for approximately 80% of your total compensation. This allows you to get paid for accommodating prospects outside of regular hours.

-Quarterly commission payout on individual goal as well as team goal.

Requirements:

Able to accommodate work hours of M-F 11am to 7pm EST (can be located anywhere)

2+ years of sales experience

Experience working with Zoho or a similar CRM system

1+ year of work-from-home experience + a dedicated workspace

A computer (with an up-to-date operating system). An extra monitor is a plus.

Headphones with microphone (for the VOIP phone)

Reliable internet
