As a MindMaze Sales Representative you will be responsible for boosting revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability within a given geographical area.
Present, promote and sell products and services (using Mindmaze marketing materials) to current and prospective customers, using evidence-based outcomes.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers in order to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Promptly address customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Systematically achieve sales targets according to established sales goals
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other MindMaze departments
Analyze territory potential, track sales and report results monthly.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Additional duties as required
Minimum Bachelors in Healthcare, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as a sales representative in the healthcare industry;
Working autonomously: setting tasks and direction under limited supervision;
Previous experience on a CRM.
Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to create and nurture relationships.
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
Responding to customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner
Willingness to travel nationally
Experience building a highly specialized network, a on Neuro-rehabilitation
Ability to prioritize projects
Previous exposure to Salesforce.
