We seek a highly motivated and strategic Principle, Operations/Sales Support to join our dynamic Sales Operations team. As a Principle, Operations/Sales Support, you will support our global sales organization, ensure seamless processes, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with sales leaders, analyze data, and implement strategies contributing to the company's success.

Opportunity Highlights:

1. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to sales leaders to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
2. Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with sales teams to develop accurate sales forecasts, annual plans, and sales quotas. Assist in resource allocation and territory planning.
3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline sales operations, including lead-to-order, pipeline management, and deal closure processes.
4. Data Management: Maintain and improve CRM data quality, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for sales teams. Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports.
5. Sales Enablement: Partner with the Sales Enablement team to ensure sales teams have the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales operations with company objectives.
7. Sales Technology: Evaluate and recommend sales technology solutions that enhance productivity and support sales growth.
8. Sales Compensation: Collaborate with HR and Finance to manage and optimize sales compensation plans.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related role in the SaaS industry.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales technology tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence.

Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be $100,000 to $150,000 annualized, depending on experience. We also offer participation in the Company Bonus Program and full benefits. The company may modify salaries, salary ranges and/or Pay Plans from time to time as it deems necessary.
