Job Summary

The Intelligence Solutions team is the commercialization engine for data licensing for the organization. Our clients are interested in our claims data assets and analytical products to drive solutions in marketplace. We have a dedicated sales team to engage new clients and markets to drive revenue growth for the organization. We have an operations team that leads client implementations, account management, financial reporting and data analysis.

The Sales Operations Senior Advisor will be responsible for cross team collaboration with Technology (TPO, Data Engineering, Compliance, and Security) Intelligence Solutions sales, Corporate Finance, Corporate Legal. The main focus will be to work with new clients to manage their implementation and gather requirements for the technology team. The successful candidate will also manage projects to integrate additional data elements, ensure privacy compliance for all data assets and maintain client facing relationships.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Coordinate implementation of new clients working with sales, technology, finance and the client to ensure a flawless implementation
  • Ensuring that agreed upon client deliverables are achieved or renegotiated as needed through ongoing communication with internal partners and client
  • Drive engagement with external partners to ensure privacy compliance for all data deliveries
  • Engage with technology to communicate requirements, prioritize work and ensure adherence to client contract
  • Manage complex cross-functional strategic initiatives for clients, using appropriate account and project management skills.
  • Develop and maintain effective business partnerships to ensure issues are managed proactively; communicated clearly, accurately and effectively with all business partners
  • Drive conversations with clients with potential opportunities to extend and grow arrangements through enhanced sales.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients to resolve any issues and ensure their satisfaction with the data and services we provide
  • Supports Sales team in achieving their business goals and objectives in revenue growth.
  • Holding challenging conversations with both internal and external partners as the need arises
  • Identifies opportunities to optimize and improve processes


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or 11 to 14 years of relative experience.
  • Process-oriented with quality mindset, strong organization and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results required.
  • Customer-orientation and customer insight/experience skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and synthesize data and insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; Innovation solution identification & development.
  • Strong collaboration & relationship building skills
  • Technical aptitude
  • Experience reading legal contracts.
  • Willingness to share opinions and take risk.
  • Takes initiative, independent thinker and worker.
  • Microsoft Office software experience.


For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $94,400 - $157,400, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
