Revenue Operations Support Specialist
LeaseQuery is seeking a Revenue Operations Support Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, the Revenue Operations Support Specialist provides various support to all sales teams within the assigned business unit. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, onboarding new salespeople, creating reports and dashboards for Sales leaders, and supporting salespeople throughout the sales cycle.
The Revenue Operations Support Specialist should be able to manage multiple tasks exercising strong time management and prioritization to effectively manage workload and expectations, The Revenue Operations Support Specialist should be able to operate in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
What you will be doing:
- Provide support/assistance to Sales team
- Create, prepare and own the reporting and dashboards for the sales organization
- Maintain Sales forecast/pipeline reporting
- Organizing and maintaining sales collateral for access by reps
- Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies and procedures
- Onboarding new salespeople
- Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions
- Work closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and other functional areas to support the sales team’s success
- Manage Sales Operations internal requests
- Assist with Quote and Adobe troubleshooting
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce
- Work with Deal Desk to complete closed deal review’s
- Assist Finance with Commission reporting
- Manage CPQ templates in Salesforce
- Assist to identify areas of process improvements
- Assist Salesforce Administrator with Salesforce related projects
What skills and experience we need you to have:
- 1 to 3 years' experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years’ experience working in Salesforce, Salesforce Administrator preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Experience creating dynamic Reports and Dashboards
- The ideal candidate must be organized, detail oriented, a self-starter and a problem-solver
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with multiple, competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
