We are looking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist with a deep understanding of data, sales process, technology, and sales productivity to develop processes to support the achievement of sales targets and business strategy.


The ideal candidate will be passionate about business productivity and performance to drive growth as efficiently as possible through sales operations. To be successful you will need a strong technical background, have a very high

attention to detail, enjoy cross-departmental collaboration, understand business requirements, and effectively deliver results to our internal stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive operational excellence through identifying areas of opportunity to improve processes, tools, and systems
  • Lead commercial training on new initiatives, processes, and tools to drive adoption and efficiencies through new solutions
  • Document data flows, operating procedures, and policies, identify bottlenecks in the sales process, and proactively seek opportunities for improvement
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional business partners, collaborate on cross-functional initiatives
  • Support sales with day-to-day operations, prioritize requests, and solve escalations in a timely manner
  • Work with other Sales Operations members to resolve sales support issues, identify areas of improvement
  • Support customer segmentation methodologies, list building and campaign maintenance
  • Develop dashboards and actionable sales data, build reporting and tracking of sales performance

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Problem-solving: Narrows down all possible outcomes to a handful of likely scenarios and presents recommendations based on business priorities.
  • Relationship building: Takes initiative to build and foster positive relationships with stakeholders and team members
  • Organization: Ability to prioritize and shepherd multiple projects in parallel with stellar attention to detail. Can context-shift and pivot while still maintaining progress
  • Agility: Resourceful, resilient, and proactive in fast-paced environments. Takes a flexible approach to new challenges.
  • Detail orientation: Extreme attention to detail resulting in high quality work
  • Excellent communicator: Uses verbal and written communication to express ideas clearly and persuasively

IDEAL BACKGROUND

  • 1-3+ years of experience in a consulting, operations, strategy, revenue, or growth role within a fast-paced technology company
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and synthesize findings into narratives for leadership
  • Advanced analytical skills: ability to gather data and structure it in a meaningful way for analysis and modeling, create reports, and influence decision making
  • Knowledge of SQL, Domo, or other analytical tools is a plus
  • Technical proficiency in Salesforce or similar type of CRM solutions,
  • Tableau/Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong influencing skills
