The Job
As our Sales Operations Specialist for our Account Management function, you'll work closely with our SVP, Customer Accounts as well as our VP, Revenue Operations to drive excellence in our processes and operational activity.
You'll partner with the Account Management teams across North America and EMEA to generate order forms and ensure opportunity records are maintained for renewals and upsells in Salesforce. You'll also be closely aligned to our RevOps team as well, ensuring all quotes accurately reflect the proposals.
This is your opportunity to play an active role in streamlining the operational efficiency of our Customer Accounts team and contribute to the ongoing success of UserZoom.
This is a contract position and can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll:
- Have experience in Salesforce and CPQ
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills
- Be a quick learner
