PROFILE
We are actively seeking a Sales Operations Manager to take responsibility for maximizing efficiency in Leap's sales process. By developing and implementing more efficient processes, such as automation or CRM tools, the Sales Operations Manager will assist our Sales team to succeed in meeting their goals. The Sales Operations Manager will also research and analyze sales data and collaborate with other departments and upper management to identify and strategize organizational goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with our Sales team and leadership to track monthly & quarterly progress and identify/flag roadblocks regarding forecasts, revenue, and budgets
- Build and provide all Sales forecasting & pipeline management reports
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency in our Sales and Account Management processes
- Partner with our Sales & Marketing leadership to deliver ad-hoc reporting and Sales Operations administration
- Build and maintain reports, email templates, and integration of sales enablement tools to optimize business processes
- Assist with training of new team members in the Sales organization (Sales Reps & Account Managers)
- Manage and track commission reports for the sales teams and work with corporate finance to ensure timely payments based on the corresponding due dates
- Build and maintain training material for the Sales and Account Management teams
- Work cross-departmentally between Sales and Marketing, Finance, Exec, etc.
- Present all findings and recommendations at an executive level
- Develop and implement sales processes
- Research and analyze data to create sales forecasts
- Collaborate with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
- Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
- Manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working for a SaaS startup is a plus
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft and Excel
