We are looking to hire a Sales Operations Manager to support the growth and scalability of our Sales team. Reporting directly to our Head of Sales and Business Development, this person will be responsible for managing the operational support and efficiencies needed to allow for the growth and development of the Sales team across all serviceable markets within the US.

You will...

  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team to assist in effectively implementing SOPs to drive scalability in daily cross departmental operations
  • Assist in managing client onboarding experience and operational support
  • Manage and develop Salesforce documentation to support data driven decisions
  • Work directly with the Marketing team to manage & direct all business leads, and campaign deployments
  • Define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management

You have...

  • Proven success in a business-focused role running cross-functional initiatives and understanding product from operational, and brand perspective
  • Few years of experience with CRM management and enablement within Salesforce to assist the growth of business development operationally
  • Experience with assessment and implementation of software products to aid in training & development of the Sales team
  • Experience leveraging BI tools to support data driven decisions
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and create SOPs to provide greater clarity for future state of the business
