The Opportunity
The Sales Operations team is responsible for helping define the strategy and operations of a best-in-class sales force for Adobe, and support superior execution by the sales organization. You will partner directly with the Americas Sign sales team and ecosystem, reporting into the Senior Director, Sales Strategy and Operations. You will lead a team to drive sales strategy, analytics, and programs that impact the entire Americas Sign business. You will think strategically but will also follow through in execution and operations. You are able to drive detailed analysis but can also synthesize your findings into executive level communications.
What you'll Do

  • Define and drive strategic initiatives focused on improving business performance
  • Develop and action productivity and performance reporting of sales management and individuals.
  • Conduct historical reviews of account performance, account segmentation and prioritization, and other predictive analytics.
  • Optimize GTM strategy including core sales processes and productivity drivers, infrastructure and automation, regional performance
  • Establish highly repeatable (and scalable) sales processes, automation and reporting methodology that can be implemented across regions
  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior executives


What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of relevant experience; strategy and operations experience is a plus
  • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders from various parts of the business ecosytem
  • Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision.
  • Heavily results-oriented; strong track record in meeting and/or exceeding targets. Degree or 5+ years of equivalent practical experience


Desirable but not essential

  • MBA
  • Experience in a leading technology company or strategy consulting organization
  • Deep knowledge of the technology industry including direct-to-consumer and/or business-to-business models
