We are looking an experienced Sales Operations Manager with a deep understanding of data, sales process, technology, and sales productivity to develop processes to support the achievement of sales targets and business strategy.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about business productivity and performance to drive growth as efficiently as possible through sales operations.


To be successful you will need a strong technical background, have a very high attention to detail, enjoy cross-departmental collaboration, understand business requirements, and effectively deliver results to our internal stakeholders.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage technology: Source, implement, and manage all technologies used by the sales team with a primary focus on Salesforce
  • System maintenance: Own administrative and management functions including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, system maintenance, security, licenses, capacity, storage, and data management
  • Reporting: Architect and manage assignment rules, queues, triggers, validation rules, process builder, custom objects, workflows, lookups, and testing codes to support strategy, processes, and reporting
  • Gather technical requirements: Collect business requirements from key stakeholders and translate into technical requirements for implementation and process integration
  • Drive adoption: Drive the utilization and deeper adoption of Salesforce and sales systems across the business
  • Work cross-functionally: Work with Marketing to ensure an airtight operation from inquiry to closed revenue
  • Documentation: Create, document measure, and enforce SLAs that support operational processes, reporting, campaigns and business strategy

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Industry knowledge: Keep abreast of Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed
  • Sales analysis: Monitor and maintain sales systems data quality and integrity across opportunities, accounts, contacts, and the lead to revenue lifecycle
  • Performance Metrics: Build, distribute, and manage reports and custom dashboards with performance metrics/insights for sales and other stakeholders across the business
  • Forecasting: Track data and maintain reporting processes, spanning key sales pipeline productivity metrics and forecasting
  • Operational Excellence: Create scalable processes that ensure operational best practices, visibility, opportunity, and efficiency
  • Automate processes: Automate processes to make the sales team more efficient and focused on driving sales goals

IDEAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce
  • Experience in B2B, enterprise and/or technology industry
  • Ability to understand a sales and marketing tech ecosystem
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and ability to forge strong bonds and work collaboratively with key internal partners
  • Experience creating, managing, monitoring, and enforcing SLAs
  • Technically proficient and experienced with Salesforce; certification strongly preferred
