Job Description Summary: Reporting to the Director of Sales Force Effectiveness, the Sales Operations Manager is an integral part of the Sales Operations team and exists in-between traditional sales and analytics operations roles. This role serves to optimize and improve the reporting process for the sales team's success. S/he is involved with the operations management part of the organizational framework. S/he works to improve workflows, remove roadblocks, and promote efficiencies in the reporting and sales processes. S/he is required to provide data analysis and can use tools like Salesforce to track the performance of sales processes and is able to recognize opportunities for improvement in those processes. Support data management across the enterprise to ensure high level data quality and sales processes align to sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uncover potential strategic/tactical opportunities for implementation within the CRM - ensure CRM is operating consistent with standards and expectations
  • Provide day-to-day support for all users on a global level and maintain a holistic view of CRM processes and users in the system and identify cross-functional impacts
  • Support the development and delivery of sales and reporting operations strategy, understand priorities, and execute operational plans
  • The role will help ensure our Salesforce organization reflects a solution that is easy to maintain, adapt, and scale
  • Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and system enhancements and best practice sharing
  • Support CRM strategy and efficiencies that align with cross-departmental needs, to enable accurate reporting and dashboards, forecasting, analytics and business insights across the enterprise
  • Engage and work with sales and operations teams as well as cross-functional lines of business to more effectively achieve data needs and analysis results
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiate, propel, and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers
  • Support the development and maintenance of sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales and executive leadership teams
  • Support process improvement and management of all aspects of business unit's use of Salesforce CRM including workflow, reporting, data integrity and maintenance
  • Apply data cleansing techniques to improve the quality and accuracy of contacts and accounts, databases and develop processes and methods for acquiring net new names to our database"
  • Acts as a hub for knowledge by helping cross functional community to find the information they need to be successful and connect to sources of expertise
  • Collaborate with Sales Training to identify areas of training needs and strategy for addressing

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Seven (7) years relevant sales function experience Required
  • Extensive knowledge of IQVIA offerings and pharmaceutical industry.
