Sales Operations Manager, AMER: West Coast, Remote
This role can be either remote or based in San Mateo
As the Sales Operations Manager for the Americas, you will have the opportunity to create positive change at Sendbird by:
- Driving high visibility cross functional projects that drive better sales efficiency and lead to more actionable data and insights.
- Leading with the Americas Sales Management team to execute and track strategic initiatives.
- Implementing best practices around forecasting/pipeline management, and
- Working alongside a world class Sales Operations team as well as other internal partners.
You will report directly to the Head of Global Sales Operations as part of the Foundations team. This role will provide you exposure to many other organizations within Sendbird, including the C-Suite, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Experience.

What You Will Do
- Partner with the Americas Sales Leadership to help drive the sales related strategic initiative. Create KPI’s to measure their success and develop a scalable way to track them.
- Lead projects at a global level that will improve the current CRM for scalability in function, accuracy and reporting needs.
- Constantly discover new ways to improve Forecast, Pipeline and other KPI tracking and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the other Global Sales Operations team members to drive OKR successful results.
- Create consistent reporting structure to best support periodic meetings including, but not limited to pipeline/forecast calls, QBR’s, Board of Director Meetings, etc.
- Support Month End Closing process and commission related inquiries.
- Manage relationships with both internal partners like our Global Head of our SDR Program and well as 3rd party partners like consultants and vendors.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations
- Experience in supporting a global sales team at a SaaS growth stage company.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, building and maintaining trust with internal stakeholders
- A strong team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude who drives process and reporting improvements.
- Excellent multitasker who has strong time and project management skills to meet deadlines on projects that include multiple review points and iterations.
- Strong communicator, both written & verbal; reliable and responsive to email and phone communications.
- Highest level of integrity and good judgment with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information.
- Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills (i.e. sumifs, index/match and vlookup, table formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Salesforce Expert: Must have knowledge and experience with complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields, and an understanding of workflows.
- Experience with SalesLoft, DealHub CPQ and enrichment tools are a plus.
